Staff we're all great!
We enjoyed our stay very very much, the location, the atmosphere, the equipment of the hotel and the politeness of the staff we're all great!The only thing that could be a little better the English knowledge of some staff.

Love this place!
I think Parn, Bee + Zai are excellent staff members friendly, polite and
very attentive great with children.
Housekeeping Department did a great Job everyday...

Good Value for Money
Good Value for money, nice variety at breakfast, Nice staff.
Suggestions:
-Bigger room for the fitness center
-Poor level of english for some members of the staff

Lovely Resort
Lovely Resort but outshopping & having things made. YOu have dinner, pool closed. Please have pool open until 9:00pm The Pool, let people swim in there longer. As everyone is out shopping during the day. I enjoyed it.

Very Friendly
Internet a bit too slow. The Filipino staff at the restaurant we're quite
good and very friendly and reflect well on your hotel. But their are also a lot of very nice and capable Thais working here

Unfortunately ants we're in my shower everyday, The Staff took insect spray everyday. But the little ants came back even though everything was clean.
